The Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration continuously supports social responsibility initiatives and implements various social projects and educational programs. As part of its latest initiative, a memorable экскурsion around Icherisheher was organized for children with disabilities participating in the social rehabilitation program of the Sumgait Social Services Office of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, along with their families.

The children had the opportunity to closely explore the Shirvanshahs’ Palace Complex, the Maiden Tower, and other historical and cultural monuments of Icherisheher. Walking through the mysterious streets of the ancient city, they learned fascinating facts about the rich history and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan.

The excursion provided the children with joyful experiences while also creating an engaging and meaningful leisure opportunity.
