Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Minister of Land Management, Say Sam Al, visited Icherisheher during his visit to Azerbaijan within the framework of the 13th session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (#WUF13).

The guest was welcomed by Rufat Mahmud, Chairman of the Board of the “#Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, and the delegation. During the visit, detailed information was presented on the management of Icherisheher based on the “living heritage” model, as well as the harmonious integration of the historic urban environment with modern urban planning approaches and dynamic city life.

The Minister explored the #MaidenTower, the Sirataghly religious-architectural complex, the #Bukhara Caravanserai (@bukhar.art), and the #ShirvanshahsPalaceComplex.
