A meeting was held between Rufat Mahmud, Chairman of the Board of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, and Sami Hijjawi, Minister of Local Government of the Palestinian Authority, Mohammad Ramahi, Director General of the Municipal Development and Lending Fund of the Palestinian Authority, along with other officials.

During the meeting, discussions were held on Icherisheher’s sustainable urban development approaches and future-oriented urban governance practices addressed within the framework of #WUF13. The parties also exchanged views on the digital solutions implemented in Icherisheher, including mobile applications, smart services, and projects aimed at enhancing visitor experience through innovative technologies.

At the end of the meeting, the guests became closely acquainted with the Numismatics Museum and other historical sites.
